Very clean despite being a used auto parts store, excellent staff, good prices.

No delay, tracked the part , called me right back to confirm availability. Awesome.

Bought a 2016 Kia Soul trunk lid rear hatch after being rear ended. Insurance paid me 1675. The part looked brand new. For 400 it even came with struts, partial harness, and panels. A 45 min swap and the rear of my car looks brand new and paint match is identical. Even offered to help me load it in my car. I’ve found my new go to for parts. My mother manages an auto body shop and she told me she has never seen such clean parts removed from a salvage yard. I wish I could give 6 stars.

This was my first time using Shifflett used auto parts. They were friendly and helpful on the phone and when I arrived. I picked up a part the week before Christmas. For unforeseen reasons I could not use that part. I called to see if I could return it, and I was told that they would take it back and in the spirit of Christmas waive the restocking charge. They are a class act and they have gained a customer for life.

Jeff shipped me out a transmission across the country said it was tested and working and at an affordable price. Transmission is in the car and works as he described. I trust this man and the business he does is solid. *high five*

There was a mistake and they gave me the wrong part, when I called and told them about it they spoke to me very kindly. And they got a refund easily. If I need any used parts I will definitely come here first.
