I needed a rear for my rollback, I called and talked to Mike Friday after lunch and they had the rear pulled for me ready to be picked up before they closed the same day. He was super friendly and very accommodating. When I showed up they loaded it in my truck with a forklift, took payment, and had me a receipt and out all within 10 minutes. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone needing parts.

Great people, great service
Had the item I had been searching for. They also had the item waiting for me at the front office which was wonderful because it was very cold in Maryland yesterday. I would advise everybody to call them to see what they have you'll be surprised.

Bought a 2016 Kia Soul trunk lid rear hatch after being rear ended. Insurance paid me 1675. The part looked brand new. For 400 it even came with struts, partial harness, and panels. A 45 min swap and the rear of my car looks brand new and paint match is identical. Even offered to help me load it in my car. I’ve found my new go to for parts. My mother manages an auto body shop and she told me she has never seen such clean parts removed from a salvage yard. I wish I could give 6 stars.
This was my first time using Shifflett used auto parts. They were friendly and helpful on the phone and when I arrived. I picked up a part the week before Christmas. For unforeseen reasons I could not use that part. I called to see if I could return it, and I was told that they would take it back and in the spirit of Christmas waive the restocking charge. They are a class act and they have gained a customer for life.
They always have the part that I need at a great price.
Staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. They make you wanna do business with them.
